Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

As advocates of mental health, we are proactive in assisting individuals and the community in the importance of mental health awareness. Beginning July 16th 2022 anyone can text, call or chat 988 to be immediately connected to a crisis lifeline that provides critical and life-changing mental health services. Mental health is essential for over-all wellness and growth. Mental Health Awareness fosters understanding, education, promotes acceptance, support and prevention.

Help break the stigma and normalize talking about Mental Health. Life is worth living!
